The Milking Parlour holiday cottage has one ground floor bedroom and provides 5 star Gold Award holiday accommodation for in the Lincolnshire Wolds for two. It stands in its own grounds with separate access to the accommodation. The cottage has views over the Mill Pond to the fields and willow coppice behind.
All the accommodation is on one single floor and the double bedroom has bathroom facilities adjacent. The bathroom has a freestanding bath as well as a walk in shower, providing easy access for guests with restricted mobility.
The Milking Parlour has not been used for agricultural purposes for some time but was originally divided into two separate barns. A smaller barn provided a stable for the smallholding’s horse and the larger barn was a milking parlour for the farm's eight milking cows. The next door neighbour fondly remembers milking the cows in the morning before school in the 1960’s. The barn has been sympathetically renovated in 2017 to provide luxurious accommodation for up to two people.

The accommodation comprises a hall leading to a spacious open plan kitchen and sitting room. The well equipped kitchen has a dining area. Both the kitchen and the sitting room have uninterrupted views of the River Bain and the land beyond. The barn benefits from a limestone floor which has underfloor heating to provide a comfortable constant heat.
