The booking will begin at 4pm on the day of arrival and end on 9.30am on the day of departure. We would appreciate that on departure guests leave the property clean and tidy.
Bookings can only be confirmed on the payment of £100. Full payment must be paid four weeks prior to the start of the booking. Card payments can be made online via WorldPay. Payment may also be made by electronic transfer or by cheque, if preferred.
Once a reservation has been received we shall reserve the property for 24 hours whilst the deposit or full payment is received.
We recommend that guests have cancellation insurance in place. Guests will be responsible for full payment. If we can re-let your booking for the total period of your stay then a refund will be given less any costs incurred.
We also retain the right to cancel your booking. Our liability does not exceed the payment that has, at the time of cancellation been received by us.
Guests are fully responsible for any damages or breakages that occur. We reserve the right to seek compensation after the booking has terminated.
Due to the unrestricted access to the river, we would advise that the barn is not suitable for children under the age of 12. Within the barn there is no provision for cots, high chairs etc.

A charge of £25 per dog will be made. Please note that it is your responsibility to control your dogs. There are a number of sheep, ducks, hens, moorhens, otters, dogs and cats in the immediate area!
The barn is no smoking. It would be appreciated if guests could light-up outside.
